　　2003年7月，由北京东方科信工贸有限公司投资兴建的“北京科之信乳胶公司”破土动工，至2004年底，具备了年产3～5万吨丙烯酸乳液及助剂的新工厂全线投产。
新公司秉承东方科信公司“好的产品，大家共享”的经营理念，并在此基础上树立“以科学为先导，以信誉为根本”的发展思路，最终实现公司产品领先，质量领先，服务领先的目标。

Introduction of Cosuny Latex Co.,Ltd.

　　Beijing Cosuny Latex Co.,Ltd., invested by Beijing Dong Fang Ke Xin Industry Trade company, was begun to construct in July 2003, and will be started up at the end of 2004. The capacity of the new production line in the company is 30000~50000 tons/year for acrylic emulsions and additives.

　　The new company is based on the enterprise business conception of " Good product, all share" form Dong Fang Ke Xin Industry Trade company, and then establishes the development idea of "science in advance, reputation in basic" to realize the goals of "Products should be in the lead and high quality, and service should be in the lead".
Therefore, the company raises large fund to purchases all new product equipment for greatly improving the work conditions and establish the research section for new products study and development and the applications with modern instruments and appliances. On the software, we set up a local area network and bring about the management of computerization. Beside the senior researchers in the section of development and application, the company has the co-operation with several universities in research sections.
